Control often comes from a broken place, as we try to make our world and environment safe, familiar, and unchanging. Or if our parents were orderly, bordering on control, we shy away from order because it felt like manipulation and fear.

But Godly order is worship of an orderly God.

In this episode, Emelie and Jennifer hit all sorts of delicious topics like what is patriarchy, matriarchy? How has control of what life should look like, instead of order that tends our garden, hurt our joy and stability. Finally, before you assume it's a patriarchy, are you using a matriarchy to uphold a patriarchy?
