Schools are facing increasing pressure to develop student leaders. To meet this demand, most schools have leadership development programs, but what they really need is a school-wide leadership culture that is integrated into every facet of the student's experience. Without a leadership culture, many students with leadership potential are missed and their leadership skills remain underdeveloped. My name is Eric Bowling and as 20 year + educator, therapist and ministry leader myself, I understand the frustration that comes when student abilities are not maximized to their fullest potential. I created the Student Leadership Lab as a resource to help educators create authentic cultures of student leadership in every classroom
