On our inaugural episode we introduce the podcast, explain our rational for only covering the 21st century, and then break into a freewheeling discussion about the 2000 crime comedy Ordinary Decent Criminal. Trust us, nobody is less excited that we're starting things off with a Kevin Spacey vehicle but that's just how it worked out. Connor places this film in the lineage of Irish TV movies of the 1980s and the broader Irish New Wave. Cole says a bunch of cancelable things because he's dumb that he ends up cutting out of the episode.
