March is a big gambling month with March Madness and the Oregon Council on Problem Gambling is ready to help.  Oregon is getting $9 million for a program that helps keep children out of foster care.  SOLVE is taking registrations for the Spring Cleanup.  The Wooden Shoe Tulip Festival is coming into bloom.
