OCT 14 - 2018 Oregon has a lot to say about addiction and the lighter side of it (recovery), since we are currently the 4th most addicted state in the nation. The walk organizers, Oregon Recovers, are working toward changing that through fundraising and advocacy but they are also trying to highlight the more uplifting side of addiction (which is recovery!).
