Kara has finished part deux of the Oregon Trail Fire. In this episode we look at all the ways fate, nature, and even internet memes sickened and killed a lot of folks who were just trying to get out west. Join us as we dive into the world of dysentery, cholera, snake bites, and even being overrun by angry buffalo (who inspired the Emus in Australia) as means to get yourself sick or killed while on the road. We even include acts of god like like lightning strikes and being run over by a wagon.
