Kicking off December in style, our guest this week is drinks entrepreneur Philippa Gee, Founder of Fatty’s Organic Spirits. 

Philippa set up Fatty’s in 2017, after she saw a gap in the market for quality, organic spirits. The formula for her original gin was concocted at home, the result of months of careful experimentation. It won a silver medal at the International Wine and Spirit competition and Philippa has gone on to develop a host of further products, from vodka to flavoured gin-based spirits.
