Can you hack experience?

Returning guest David Wiggins shares about the immediate aftermath of an initial public offering (IPO) on a small, regional company maturing quickly into a large, national company. David then shares that he attributes the strong housing market to the key factors of pent up demand, lack of supply, a sharp increase in the desire for a comfortable place, and the government stimulus.

David also discusses his perception that a corporate executive needs a combination of experience, education, and certification. Then, David and Ben discuss the tradeoffs of choosing between pursuing experience, education, and certification; the time necessary; and the impact. They go down the rabbit hole a little into finance, accounting, and deeper into the need and when of treasury through economies of scale.
