The previous episode concluded a four-part mini-series  focusing on leader-manager decision-making approaches or options when interacting with the organization or immediate reports. The four episodes were: Approaches to Managing; Leader-Manager Decision-Making Options; Using the Collaborative Decision-Making Option; and, The Art of Delegating.. This episode serves a corollary to the previous episode on delegating. The focus shifts from interpersonal interacting and delegating to organization-wide delegation. It offers two constructs that can be useful in thinking through, implementing, and keeping current delegation of authorities relating to the organization as a whole.
