The late professor Edgar H Schein was a creative thinker and professor at MIT. He developed the model of organizational culture. In my view, the model is brilliant. It focuses on three layers: basic assumptions, values. and artefacts and creations. you can run a workshop to map the existing and future culture with employee groups, middle management and the board! And conduct informational interviews with professionals to see whether the company is a fit for you in terms of culture.
