This week on It's Under Control your host Jake Allen speaks with Steven Antoine, CSO at YUM! Brands who stopped by to discuss the concept of organizational risk tolerance and how he defines his department's role in supporting the fast-food corporation's overall appetite (pun definitely intended) for operational risk. 

Prior to his role at YUM! Brands (which includes internationally recognized chains such as Taco Bell, KFC, and Pizza Hut) Steven worked at the U.S Department of State's the Bureau of Diplomatic Security where he held several roles within the Protective Division including overseas postings in Panama, Venezuela, and Afghanistan.  He holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Criminal Justice from James Madison University.
