Last week, I talked about the second half of Chapter 4 - "Turning Team Chemistry into Team Cohesion." Today, we move to Chapter 5 - "It's Okay to Disagree: Just Don't Be Disagreeable." This became the longest episode of the series so far, but that's because there is so much good stuff in this chapter.
