In this episode, I share some reflections from my monthly home study and the spiritual theme for March: Play. I explore how organizing myself internally—clarifying my purpose, values, and what genuinely fulfills me—creates more ease and direction in life. I talk about recognizing our natural gifts, paying attention to the balance between survival and fulfillment in our work, and using our level of joy as a barometer for whether we’re on track. I also reflect on simple practices that keep me grounded, like biking, dancing, and moving energy through the body. At the heart of it all, this episode is about approaching life with intention while keeping that childlike spirit of play alive.

When I step back and look at my days, the balance between uplifting moments and draining ones helps me understand whether I’m aligned with my path.

Clarifying what I value, what I want, and what I bring to the table allows my guidance and opportunities to line up more smoothly.

Living purposefully doesn’t have to feel heavy. When I reconnect with movement, joy, and curiosity, life begins to feel more like a meaningful game.
