People sometimes ask how I ended up living on seventeen wooded acres with a herd of goats, a pack of dogs, a handful of cats, and a podcast about compassion, consciousness, and responsibility.

The honest answer?

None of this was planned.

This episode begins a new series inside Reality Check My Life — an origin story about how loss, caregiving, generosity, self-erasure, rebuilding, and a lifetime of small moments slowly organized themselves into the work that exists today.

Over the next several episodes, I’ll share the path that led to the sanctuary, the philosophy behind RCML, and the strange little ecosystem that eventually became Zero Point Eclectic and the Quantum Fusion Fellowship of Compassion.

This isn’t a story about perfection.

It’s a story about what happens when life doesn’t unfold the way we planned — and what we choose to do with what happens.
