World stocks drop sharply as investors wake up to the reality of the fast spreading and deadly coronavirus.  Meanwhile, the Chinese Ministry of Science and Technology releases a new biohazard lab directive entitled:   “Instructions on strengthening biosecurity management in microbiology labs that handle advanced viruses like the novel coronavirus.”
