The Fly 1986 movie review by the Salty Nerds has them both intrigued by this unique remake of the sci-fi horror classic, and disgusted at the same time.  

From the twisted mind of writer/director David Cronenberg, this incarnation of The Fly stars Jeff Goldblum and Geena Davis and tells the story of a brilliant but eccentric scientist who pushes the boundaries of his teleportation invention and begins to transform into a giant man/fly hybrid after one of his experiments goes horribly wrong.
