What started as a passing joke, became something very real. One of our Spirit Lodge classes had to go virtual at the beginning of the COVID19 pandemic. Hank said half-jokingly that he should start a podcast called Stir Crazy Shamans. Casey was to be a guest for just the first episode but it became clear almost immediately that we going to do the show together.
In this first episode get to know Hank Setala and Casey MacBride. We talk about Peruvian shamanism, biofeedback technologies, binaural beats, and so many other tools that can be used to create healing and possibilities.
