On this episode of Midnight In the Mountains, Laura and Aaron take a look back through history, to see where Valentines day could have possibly originated from. Laura explains the Pagan festival Lupercalia and the rituals that took place in ancient times. Christians may have used Valentine's day (a day that was used to remember St. Valentine's death or time of burial) in order to "Christianize" Lupercalia.
Then Aaron tells some tragic love stories that have resulted in hauntings that still continue today.
