BEOWULF - A City-Ship that orbits a red dwarf star. It was once a military vessel under Edenic rule, but has been converted to a corporate dreamscape.

The Edenic Empire - The major ruling force for centuries, founded by the people of Old Earth. Also known as "Eden" or "The Garden". Fallen now.

Talle Vesh - Also known as "Big Middle". The commercial district of BEOWULF, like Times Square in space.

The Clear Sky Group - An independent contracting agency that The Orpheus is employed by.
