I went from not working out and eating whatever to working out twice a day and being obsessive about what I ate. In my pursuit of health I found myself caught up in the extremes of a "healthy" lifestyle. At the time I saw myself as dedicated but in hindsight the best word to describe be was obsessed and inflexible. I was fixated on only eating "clean foods" and had anxiety when I was around "forbidden" or "restricted" foods.
