Joining me today is Oscar Gutierrez, he is a Mental Performance Coach who has previously worked with the Cleveland Indians.

 

Originally from Columbia, now in the USA, Oscar has walked an interesting path through his studies at Florida State University, working with athletes and teams in soccer, slalom, tennis, swimming all the way to elite baseball.

 

He is an active member of the Association for Applied Sport Psychology (AASP).
