November 26, 2025 E43 - From Burnout To Healer: Feminine Power, Somatic Wisdom, And Honest Storytelling
A life can change in a single jolt. Our guest describes a bolt-of-lightning awakening in a Florida coffee shop that shattered old beliefs, reopened long-buried gifts, and set her on a path of kundalini activation, somatic healing, and ultimately conscious filmmaking. We follow that thread from rock bottom and burnout to a daily practice of embodied energy work, where the real transformation happens: not in concepts, but in how the body breathes, releases, and rewires.

We go deep on the signals of awakening—autoimmunity flares, chronic pain, the looping of old trauma—and how somatic tools help us digest what the mind alone can’t. The outside doesn’t always keep pace with the inside, and that lag can feel like a double life. September 22, 2025 E 37 - From sexual abuse all her life, to healing and how she did it, Stephanie shares
In this episode I do not have a lot to say. Stephanie's story as she tells it requires space for her expression. She shares her story through darkness and abuse which will leave you in awe of her now.
She has overcome a horrific life, built resilience like I have never seen before and now lives as a ray of light for others.
She will share her journey with mushrooms and how they have helped her purge, forgive and heal all that she has endured. She shares in her light now for the kids she works with and gives her heart to others in suffering.

Heather is an expert in her field of being a Birth Doula. Her journey through her own pain and childhood led her into doing this work to empower other women. Her journey of resilience, and overcoming the darkness is a powerful inspiring journey to self love. Her story is truly heartfelt and motivating.
Self love is the key to growth, becoming more heart centered and having the birth process be of gentle love, calm and ease.
