Hint: they call it "hole in bone", a delectable Italian dish that's braised low with aromatics, herbs and wine. asy Puff Pastry and Raspberry Dessert Recipe:
Thaw puff pastry and unfold. Fill center with cream cheese, frozen raspberries (or other frozen berry), chocolate chips and a few tablespoons of brown sugar.Fold puff pastry so it's one giant pocket and cut slits on top for the air to escape.
Brush the top of puff pastry with beaten egg and sprinkle white sugar all over the top.
Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for about 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
Cut in large slices and serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
