In this episode, Steve Small is joined by Rob Shanks.  Rob is co-founder and director of Spine Plus Clinics in Essex.  He's an Osteopath, been in practice for 20 years and was an early adopter of IDD Therapy spinal decompression in the UK.  He also co-founded Go2Imaging.com, the invaluable or rather essential training platform for practitioners to learn the essentials of MRI. Here Rob talks about his early use of traction, lessons from historical figures and his interest and passion for IDD Therapy for unresolved spinal patholgies.  With his passion for spine care, Rob, with his colleague Darren Chandler, has come to be a leader in MRI training for practitioners and sees it as an under-taught but essential skill for practitioners.  As Rob reveals, each year he sees three patients with serious spinal pathology, including cancer, which has not been detailed from an MRI report.
