In the second hour, Joe Ostrowski continued his open dialogue on the Bears organization and how its leaders have addressed the disappointing past season. Ostrowski reiterated his question about which of the four primary leaders in the organization is doing the best at his job -- chairman George McCaskey, president Ted Phillips, general manager Ryan Pace or coach Matt Nagy? Later, Ostrowski shared a quick thought on star guard James Harden getting traded from the Rockets to the Nets.
