The Green Bay Packers begin the next phase of their offseason program with OTAs, and it'll be open to the media Wednesday. 

Marques previews OTAs, ranging from the free-agent signings like Javon Hargrave and Skyy Moore to their new linebacker Zaire Franklin, and a plethora of new coaches.
