Winners of their last five games, the Rush are playing like a team that's eager to right the wrongs of last year and Manns is doing his part emphatically. More so, he's been taking it out some of this childhood friends and former teammates from Victoria.

This past Friday night, MacRae made history- or so we believe- become the first person in NLL History to have scored the first game winning-goal as a Captain in franchise history then to go on and win a game a that franchise's Coach and GM. Not something he had on this bingo card.

MacRae's group is still young but he's done an incredible job surrounding not only his super-star Captain, but himself with people that make his job easier.

The Wings are one of three teams yet to play a game this season but the extra few weeks of practice have helped this young team come together. Resetarits, entering his 12th season, has been a different player since the Covid break and while he may not have many years left, he's continuing to enjoy every moment.
