Otis’ passion lies in helping people succeed. He’s used this passion as fuel through years in Army Special Operations and coaching rugby. It now drives him to create better leaders. He believes that better leaders create better organizations, better organizations create better communities, and better communities will create a better world.

In getting to chat with Otis for even our short time together for today's episode, it's clear that he's the real deal. We get a chance to discuss his service to our country, how he found his passion for rugby, and all the ways in which this passion and service have translated to his coaching business.

One of my favorite parts of our conversation is when we touched on our shared love for both the "aha" moments and the "hmm" or "huh" moments in coaching - sometimes small new questions are just as powerful as the big answers.
