Mark and Dave chat about their weeks and talk recovery.  Mark shares about his trip to Banff and shredding the hills, some different thoughts he had about his sober life and what a snowboarding trip use to look like.  Dave takes in a Hounds game and runs into a player he use to coach in his younger days.  They also share their feelings on getting more comfortable in social settings and being able to now experience good feeling emotions in sobriety.
