Anna drops in for a great chat with Mark and Dave. Anna shares her story with the guys, from growing up in a religious household, struggling with and eating disorder as a teen, finding alcohol to take away the anxiety to abusing alcohol. Even in her heavy substance use Anna was able to live an active lifestyle and highly functional.
Now over 2 years sober she is still very active but now enjoying life with clear eyes. Anna's energy is very contagious and we couldn't be happier she took the time to join us for an awesome episode.
