The St. Louis Blues and Springfield Thunderbirds announced on Monday that AHL head coach Steve Konowalchuk has been relieved of his coaching duties and Steve Ott would leave the Blues' bench and coach the Thunderbirds for the remainder of the season. All of this comes ahead of the Blues' Central Division battle with the Winnipeg Jets tonight in Canada.
