Many people have complained of protesters being a problem during the Saturday market in Downtown Boise. Some would call it a nuisance, others would call it a right. Should protesting be allowed in crowded areas such as a public market? Would you be okay with women walking around that same market topless? A few states in the U.S. now allow it! (9/23/19)
