Libby Roderick is an internationally recognized singer-songwriter who currently serves as director of the Difficult Dialogues Initiative and associate director of the faculty-teaching center at the University of Alaska Anchorage. She works with faculty members across the U.S. and South Africa to assist them in conducting difficult dialogues and to apply Indigenous ways of teaching and learning in the classroom. An Alaska Woman of Achievement and long-time activist, Libby is currently helping guide a partnership between the university and the municipality to establish a Climate Action Plan (CAP) for Anchorage.
