An addition to my last podcast and an intro to a new one that Kelly and I will do together which was sparked by a conversation I had with a friend regarding suffering and whether or not it is a choice. I feel we have the power to choose and it takes a lot of digging into our darkest corners to be able to hold that space for ourselves. Sharing my thoughts and I'd love to hear yours too!
