It's regarding a 15yr old teenager who's cellphone died in Rockliffe Park, in Ottawa, Ontario and when he tried to go knock at people's residences to see if he could use their phone to call his mother, everyone that he tried either refused to help him or didn't bother to answer the door. One of them even took it up a step further to call 911 and the Police arrived on site.
