We have to be very careful about what we complain about! We tend to focus more on the things we want, rather than appreciate the things we have, and this can lead our future generations down a rough path.
If we have 80% of a pie, our complaints are often focused on the 20% that we don't have. This often causes us to speak on the 20%, while the 80% is neglected. For people listening to us, they only hear us complaining about the minority 20%. This leads to the individuals that we influence, shaping the majority of their reality and perspectives on something that was just a small part of our bigger picture.
There's nothing wrong with focusing on improving and concentrating on what we don't have yet, in order to constantly improve. However, we have to be responsible with how we convey this energy to those we influence. More work, less complaints!
