Honi Bun Recipe

Orange gel

500 g oranges

150 g sugar

150 g red wine vinegar

10 g salt

Bun recipe

453 g or 1 lb AP flour

1/4 tsp grounded cinnamon

1/4 tsp grounded star anise

1/4 tsp grounded pimento

1/4 tsp grounded cloves

1/4 tsp grated nutmeg

1 bottle Your favourite malt

2 1/4 tsp or 7 g yeast

100 g butter

1/4 cup soaked raisins

Mascherano cherries

1 cup honey divided

2 eggs beaten

Bake at preheated 350 F for 50 mins. Rest for same amount of time you folded wet and dry mixture.
