Human emotions are teachers, not little devils. We have emotions to tell us how we feel about life and they are action requiring programs that we must face, deal with for the purpose of releasing and moving on from them. In this podcast, I emphasize not using emotions as a crutch to wallow in but to learn from so that you know where you stand.
