When the news requires an extra recording, we share our thoughts. Last week in Erie County, Dwyer Plumbing and Excavating left a transphobic message on a digital signboard in Waterford. The message was targeted at Pennsylvania Secretary of Health, Dr. Rachel Levine, and the newest restrictions regarding Covid mitigation.
