Is it difficult for foreigners to buy an apartment in Stockholm?

The rental market in Sweden is extremely tight so buying an apartment is a much better decision. It's difficult to get a long-term contract, and if you find yourself having to move out every 6 months, or every year... that's normal in Sweden.
