This Easter Sunday, we celebrate Jesus not only as our risen, victorious King of Kings but also as our Gentle King. We trace the thread of His gentleness through his birth, life, ministry, death, resurrection and sending of His Spirit. May this exploration help us understand gentleness better, allow Jesus’ gentleness to heal the places in our hearts that have been hurt by harshness and challenge us to reflect and extend His gentleness to a hurting, harsh world.
