The discussion of Elder Renlund’s “Our Good Shepherd” (April 2017) took us all up, down, and around the concepts of sin and Christlike compassion for those who sin. We discuss the idea that healing takes time, we share a story or two of seeing those who sin as Christ would, and we take a stab at understanding what bigotry is and how to avoid it!
