Welcome to church this last January Sunday! I am so glad you are here and pray that God will encourage and draw you to Himself today. Needs vs. Wants. We have that conversation at home fairly often! In our culture it is hard for kids to decipher between needs and wants. I "neeeeeeed" a new phone versus I "want" a new phone can be pretty blury! Adults probably aren't all that much better at judging our wants and needs. We want new kitchens and a nice lawn. We want a better relationship or a new outlook on life (whatever that really is). The only difference for us,as adults, is we often have the resources to make our wants become reality! In Acts 3, Peter gives us the clarity of what we need most. When we view our needs and wants in view of the Gospel we will find clarity.
