2 | | Advent, From Heaven to Earth: Advent is an annual season established by the ancient, Christian church to prepare us for Christmas. During Advent, we celebrate that Jesus Christ entered into our time and space to redeem His people and the whole world. On Sunday afternoons, during the season of Advent, we will walk through Paul's description of Christ's incarnation found in Philippians 2:1-13.
