Hebrews 1: 14, Are they not all ministering spirits sent forth to minister for those who will inherit salvation? (NKJV)

 

In the above scripture, we see that the holy angels are sent forth to minister for those who will inherit salvation. The word ‘inherit’ in the Greek means, to get into, to go towards, to take possession of, to be an heir to something, to step towards that which has been assigned to you, to grasp, to hold onto, to hear of, to have revealed to you, to become known to one and to realize. The word ‘salvation’ means, a sound, to be in a safe place, to be delivered from a direct threat.
