She is currently the Director of Rural Management and Training Institute in the organization. She has delivered sessions at various national and international forums. Chandni ma’am has contributed articles and papers in forums, journals, books and newspapers on environment, gender issues, skills of youth and governance. She is passionate about working with people, contributing meaningfully in their lives and was rewarded with ‘Samarpan’ award for her work in the social sector. She was also awarded by ‘Dainik Jagran’ for exemplary work on women empowerment in 2018.
