Jared McDonald used to be overweight, struggled with food addiction, and has had type 1 diabetes for almost 30 years. 7 years ago he lost the weight, have kept it off, took control of his health and now rules his own life, rather than letting my health, foods, and disease rule him.
Jared has coached 100's of people to healthier living and now dedicates his life to helping others break free from the chains of poor health and live the life they were meant to live.
Jared is a husband to an amazing wife and the father of the best 1 year old out there.
When Jared's wife became ill, he left his work to move closer to her family. That's when he knew he needed to take the leap to start his own business serving the people he wanted to help.
