Hi, we are Alessia and Shannon, we are sisters and we are incredibly curious and passionate individuals. We thrive on meeting new people and learning from their different backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe human beings are extraordinary and that life is beautiful. We want to talk and learn about anything and everything. Nothing is off-limits. We will try to be as honest as we can and have a lot of fun along our discovery journey to uncover new insights about sports, fitness, wellness, the environment, nature, acting, mindfulness, and everything in between.
