To all our listeners that reached out and asked to hear us talk about cleaning, thank you! We have heard your cry and here is our answer! Non-professional goodness is what I call it!

We are all going to fail at something…just gonna leave this here.

So first and foremost. Keep this close to your heart. Tattoo it on your forehead if needed…or your arm…whatever. Reality must always be taken into consideration when we want to truly be healthy in all areas of life. And we could all use a bit more grace for ourselves and everyone around us.

All this in mind, here’s our go at cleaning: ask for help–hire people ya’ll (we bet you can keep it in your budget); declutter and simplify (does ALL THAT stuff really bring you Joy–tap into your inner Marie Kondo); pick your battle (how important is cleaning to you–and your family–don’t forget them) then pick your position (what can each of you do–that you don’t despise–yes children need chores–no it doesn’t have to be perfect) then prioritize and schedule (for God’s sake schedule people–pen it)
