Following on from last episode about North Korea and reflecting on our privilege, today I get into what is happening in Afghanistan. A similar message reinforcing how lucky we really are. 

I discuss my perspective on what we can do to help and how we can use these moments to reflect and challenge ourselves. Let's choose love to be our foundation and change this world from the inside out.
